Say goodbye to long lines, hello online! Last June 2016, the Department of Foreign Affairs implemented the DFA passport appointment and online application system. Because of it, applicants no longer need to wait in line early in the morning for passport processing. Change indeed has come.

Now before you proceed, here’s a list of individuals that no longer need passport appointments.

NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED for the following:

  1. SENIOR CITIZEN and one (1) travel companion,
  2. PERSON WITH DISABILITY (PWDs) and one (1) travel companion,
  3. SOLO PARENT and his/her minor children,
  4. PREGNANT WOMEN,
  5. MINORS SEVEN (7) YEARS OLD AND BELOW and his/her parents and minor siblings,
  6. and OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS (land-based, or seafarers).

Please refer here to see requirements for courtesy lane eligibility.

If you don’t belong to the group above, then below are the steps on how you can book your passport appointment online. Let’s get started!
